Member Comments: We called them on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. They were very professional and got right to work. Our carpet and furniture look great and were dry by 5:00 pm that day (they left at 1:00 pm). We were very pleased with the service.

Description Of Work: Carpet cleaned in seven rooms, common areas and stairs for 3500 sq.ft. home. Complete duct and register cleaning. Dryer vent repair and cleaning.
Member Comments: It's a pleasure to do business with folks like John. He and his partner were prompt, neat, professional and efficient. During his inspection and cleaning of the dryer vent, John discovered a couple of unwanted visitors (Mickey and Minnie) that made their way through the tubing system. Not only did he collect and release the logy creatures, he repaired the damage, cleaned the area and explained how to prevent it from happening again with a "bird cage" over the exterior dryer vent and new insulation. (Since accomplished so my wife could sleep) Additional advice (stainless hoses for the washer ((done))), no charge. The natural, no residue cleaning solution used on the carpets removed ALL of stains we had and left a very light pleasant citrus odor that lasted for days. The 16 year old carpet looks like new. John explained that regular vacuuming like we preform helps carpet longevity and was very complimentary of our home. I used 3 online coupons that saved hundreds. All Natural has our future repeat business.

Member Comments: The overall quality of work was excellent. John the owner showed up on time. He was professional, took his time and was very detailed-oriented. I wasn't sure how his all natural product would work taking out stains but it did. Every stain and/or sign of visible dirt was completely removed. I was also impressed with how quickly it dried. The entire home was dry within 3-4 hours of completion. I would recommend All Natural to anyone.

Member Comments: John was prompt to return my initial phone call. He was able to fit me in within a week. He arrived well within the 2 hour window given. Even though I had vacuumed the day before, he still re-vacuumed all areas. He was able to get out rust stains left by the previous careless cleaners (metal put on wet carpet) as well as many high traffic stains. I can't believe how great my carpets look. He uses equipment different from the 2 big companies whose names both begin with "S". He is the owner of his business and does the cleaning himself. He takes pride in his work, and is honest about what he won't be able to get out. But frankly, his work far exceeded my expectations!

Description Of Work: I am getting ready to sell my house and so I needed the stairs and entire upstairs (stairs, hallway, 2 small bedrooms and one master bedroom) cleaned. All Natural cleaned and spot treated the area.
Member Comments: It went fine. He arrived on time and short notice. I was lazy about scheduling an appointment and he was able to make it on my schedule the day after I called. He arrived on time and diligently cleaned the house. He was very polite and the carpets looked great when he was done. Great service. He also gave me a discount for any empty house. Very decent price.
